Canceling an item or order
Canceling an item or orderCustomer Initiated Order Cancellation:
Prior to shipment of your order, you may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing your order by email, with your name & order number, or calling our Customer Service Department at 516 984-0658. If your order has already shipped, you may return your order in accordance with our return policy. If your order has successfully been canceled, Homegoodsgalore.com will process the refund back to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Although it is rare that it would be necessary for us to cancel an order, we reserve the right to deny any order. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to the following:
- Potentially Fraudulent Order. Before shipping orders, we run a check to make sure they are legitimate. If the check fails, we may cancel your order.
- Billing / Payment / Shipping Information. Orders that cannot be processed due to an error in information that you have provided, which may include, but are not limited to:
- Incorrect Credit/Debit Card number, expiration date or card security value.
- Incorrect Billing information. The billing information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record.
- Insufficient/Incorrect shipping addresses (street address, city, state, zip or postal code).
- Incorrect Pricing. Due to the sometimes volatile market for our products, sometimes there are major fluctuations in price. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove any item from any order and provide a full refund to the customer for that item.
- Freight Forwarding. Our Policies do not allow merchandise to be reshipped. Any orders shipping to 'Freight Forwarding Companies' may be cancelled.
