How do I Return and Item?
If there is a problem with your product, you may return it within 14 days of the receipt of the order. Items must be unopened in order to qualify for a full refund.
Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is a result of our error. Restock fees may apply.
Return authorization number must be obtained and included on the outside packaging.
You must contact Home Goods Galore Customer service at email@example.com to get your return authorization number.
Or you can Click on the link below "Start My Return" to submit a return request, We will contact you via email with the return details.
All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.
Note: Credit will not be issued without the return tracking to show return was delivered back.
Returns take some time to process and confirm the reason chosen is correct, therefore, credits can take up to 15 business days from the date the item is delivered back.
Obtaining a Return Authorization Number:
Prior to ANY Return, these four steps will ensure a smooth process.
These essential steps pertain to ANY and ALL Returns.
A. You MUST contact us for approval.
B. Customer Service will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
C. Customer Service will issue you Shipping Instructions.
D. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid. Freight will only be credited for our errors.
