Standard Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns on Most items.

You can request a return on unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. There are situations when we will apply a store credit.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether or not you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow 7-10 Business Days for refunds to be processed. Please keep in mind that it could take up to 15 days depending on your bank.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Certain Sale items are non-refundable, and are considered final sale.

If your item was received damaged, please let us know and we will review the request and if approved, We will issue a return shipping label and  send you out a replacement. Please include images for management review.

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

These include: All Personalized items

We cannot accept returns on any personalized items. It is your sole responsibility to make sure that the information provided for personalization is accurate Before submitting your order. 

If you receive an item that was damaged, please contact us so that we can address your issue accordingly. If this situation does arise then we will get you out a replacement.

Note: Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
